Sam Shakir's development achievements are as follows: 

1. Subway Sandwiches-Successfully developed four franchises in the City of Chicago 

2. Sixteen Varieties of Gas Stations-Successfully developed and sold.  

3. Candlewood Suites by Holiday Inn Hotel (IHG)-Developed and sold. 

4. Multi-Family Rental Houses-336 Units Developed in Noblesville Indiana, and has since successfully sold. 

5. Mediterranean Restaurant-Five Star dining facility, which was developed and sold.   

6. 24 Condo/TownHomes 50 % completed, and sold. 12 Units are Under Construction 

7. Tru Hilton Hotel by Hilton Group, Franchisee: Shakir Family Owned. 

8. Current Project- Building a 100,000 Sq. Ft. Warehouse in Racine Wisconsin, for Water Filtration and Processing plant. 

9. Project designed, with infrastructure completed for 55 Story Building. First-Three Floors Ground-Up Commercial.
